|Recommended: YesGood enough — It meets your basic needs for an apartment, having two fridges is nice, as always the place matters but what matters more is the people you're locked up with. Some things could use more care but it's well functional.
|Recommended: NoSmaller Than Expected — smaller than heritage halls, but slightly costlier. 1 desk per room despite two people each. Haven't lived here long enough to say much else
|Recommended: YesIt's a nice place to live, but it's a little old — the people are really nice and I love my roommates Everyone seems really cool and the staff is super kind and willing to help. It was a little sad to not be able to move into our original apartment because of renovations, but they were super nice about the whole thing.
|Recommended: YesThe property is nice and close to campus — I would say that it is very independent living and the people here are great
|Recommended: YesGreat apartments with a very social atmosphere. A little Dirty. — They are really nice apartments. The atmosphere is very social and the people there seemed very nice. The apartments was very dirty when I moved in. Nevertheless property management staff was very kind, understanding, and helpful. I submitted a order as suggested by the staff for the apartment to be cleaned, however I have yet to see them come clean.
|Recommended: YesGood but renovations are important — It has a good environment and seems pretty homely. Some apartments like mine were very old and run down. Fair price for what you get.
|Recommended: YesGood quality for an affordable price — It’s a great time at the Glenwood, the renovations look really nice
|Recommended: YesGood — Good for the price
|Recommended: NoNot bad, but not great — Very social environment, so depends on what you like. Maintenance is just okay, facilities are decent. New management adding a lot of amenities but jacking up the rent too, so a bit overpriced. Management isn't the greatest either, with how they're treating people with renovations, parking, and whatnot. Giving people short notice on moving, lots noises at unreasonable times of night, stuff like that. Overall makes an okay backup option but not my first choice.

|Recommended: YesNa — Na
|Recommended: YesOld but just fine — The apartments are older, and nearly impossible to get clean sometimes, which makes cleaning checks a stressful time, but beyond that the pool, social scene, and wards here are amazing.
|Recommended: NoThe Cesspit — Glenwood collecting about 2,000 in total rent for one of the worst living situations available to students. The cleaning checklist assumes there is mold in the bathrooms. And there is. The lighting fixtures were falling apart. The vanity light was held together asymmetrically by a hodgepodge of hardware that barely kept it attached to the wall. The electrical is not up to code. For that matter, the electrical, the plumbing, and the HVAC all seemed to be the work of amateur construction workers with a two-hour youtube education. The vacuum they gave us to clean the room was broken.
|Recommended: NoIts a no for me — If you want incompetent maintenance workers, broken appliances, creaky floors, annoying neighbors this is definitely the place Years ago the lodges of glenwood lived in peace then everything changed when the new management attacked... yes the new apartments are beautiful but they're still dysfunctional and things break just as they always have and the maintenance drags their feet to fix it. The most disappointing thing is that its no longer the social Glenwood that would make up for the terrible living conditions now its just terrible conditions and no social life.
|Recommended: NoYou get what you pay for — I have lived here for over a year, and it has been pretty average. The apartment that I live in doesn't look like it has been renovated since the early 90's and things are constantly breaking. The techs that fix things show up in a timely manor, and are pretty friendly. It's certainly not bad for the price you pay, but had I the option I would have found an alternative place to live.
