|Recommended: YesNice enough housing, really nice people — Convenient access to BYU campus, great people and wards, and good customer service. If you aren't living in the renovated apartments, it's a little rough but it has the essentials.
|Recommended: YesGreat community — I love the atmosphere of the place Everyone is so nice and the staff as well However, my apartment is really beaten up, especially the bathroom and I have asked that my toilet seat at least be fixed when I moved in and it has been three weeks now.
|Recommended: YesNice location that doesn't cost an arm and leg. — Good social scene, can walk to campus, and staff are generally helpful. People will park in your spot though but Glenwood can't control that.

|Recommended: YesMostly satisfactory — Management is responsive and maintenance is done in a timely manner. However, the cleaning crew is ineffective expect to clean up after the previous tenants.
|Recommended: YesGreat budget place to live — Its a great place to live and the common areas are very nice but the walls are paper thin so noise carries, the water pressure in showers is not great, and the furniture is kind of the worst. But they plan good activities and have reasonable pricing.

|Recommended: NoYou get what you pay for — Some of the apartments are nicer than others. The base-level apartment is awful, was not clean when moving in and just overall dingy

|Recommended: NoTerrible experience — Theres nowhere to park, no parking passes available even though there are an abundance of spots open always, the apartments are terrible quality, and we moved in with all 3 of the bathroom lights not working. Its been 5 days and they still have not fixed the problem. Very upset with the property and its management and would not recommend to anyone
|Recommended: YesThe exterior property is pretty The older apartments need some work — Recently moved in and I love the location. Not satisfied with the cleanliness of the place or the unavailable parking. When I moved in the rooms weren't even vacuumed and the walls and ceilings seem to be very old and rotting away.
