|Recommended: NoNot great — the apartments are way to small to be housing 6 people. they advertise as being “the most social” but all that actually means is that when all your neighbors are up till 2AM you can hear everything through the walls. management wasn’t the easiest to work with, though maintenance was a bright spot, they were always very helpful.
|Recommended: YesNice place for singles — Decent place for single adults. I’ve hadn’t had much to complain because I had a stove and oven to cook on in and the up keep was great when I moved in. It’s also cheaper than most places in Provo and Orem.
|Recommended: NoDoes the job — It's a rather old complex that needs much to be done. Security is not the best.
|Recommended: YesGlenwood is overall a nice place for its price. — It's cheap, decent living conditions. Nothing super special. Parking is usually good, it's only been full a few times during the school year but otherwise I can usually find a place near my apartment. The power in just our apartment went out a few times and one time it was out for several days which was annoying but every time we've had issues they would fix it relatively quickly. The wifi kinda sucks but it was fine until we switched to Google Fiber about a month ago.
|Recommended: NoAnnoyed — Not worth the price. We put up with bs all spring and summer with no discounts on rent. There was a freaking rotten chicken fridge in my building for like 2 weeks. This place straight up sucks and the only thing it had going for it was its cheap price, which is going away. You are essentially living in a 2 person apartment between 6 people. The stove we had was terrible and barely worked. Overall this place sucks and I would only recommend living here if you want to cook drugs or something as it's befitting of how we were treated. Prepare for quick life changing notices that you have no control over, like a one week warning to move out at any given moment.
Here is a good example of what I am talking about-
I am only writing this review because I noticed for some reason that this last month of my contract, I am being charged a full rent and a half with zero emails or notices telling me why I'm being charged an extra 200 bucks. I am looking everywhere and all I can find is Please review us... pleeease. Everybody is moving out and we need good reviews to bring in more hosts we can leech off of. I would normally be fine with the random 200 charge on top of a full-month's rent if I were living here, but they are kicking us out on 14th at 9 am. I also know it isn't the 50 cancellation fee because we paid that a few months ago. Less than half the month at WAY over full price with no clear notes or warnings as to why we are being charged so much.
I was constantly woken up by workers drilling the walls in the morning, We lost a ton of parking spots to construction. You can hear people thru the walls. Our kitchen closet flooded once. Our apartment has a weird mold smell sometimes.
Now to be fair, I can't just negatively criticize it. The amenities are pretty good and the staff are quick to respond. Also there is AC. alright that's all I have to say in terms of positives.
Never coming back and will go out of my way to talk trash on this place like a missionary spreads the good word of God.
|Recommended: NoDismissive Management, Dirty Property, Unfulfilling Experience — My experience at the Lodges at Glenwood will not be remembered as a good one. Each encounter with the manager was filled with gaslighting and a dismissive attitude. There were many issues with the apartment, of which were brought to the attention of both the landlord and the manager, and were never fixed. Our fridge was broken, we had rats in our utilities closet, moldy windows, broken stove tops, and more. I was very frustrated not only by the absolute filth of the apartment that encompassed me the first day I moved in, but also by the lack of compassion, aid, and respect by management that ensued each day after. The Lodges at Glenwood is a place I will never recommend, unless of course, you want to be ignored, gaslighted, disgusted, and cheated.

|Recommended: YesGlenwood is awesome — Glenwood is a community and its a place that makes you feel like you are at home. The people are amazing and make the experience that much better. The wards shoutout to the 81st ward with Bishop Morris are awesome and provide lots of experiences to meet new people even during covid. Glenwood is awesome and is going to be even better with all of the new changes
