|Recommended: YesDalton was a super awesome guide and fought for us, and Lia and Dalton made the application process smooth and easy, both amazing people.
|Recommended: YesIt’s pretty good — There were a lot of high expectations moving into this complex, but a lot of them weren’t met. Still a good place to live though
|Recommended: YesIt's great — Glenwood is fine seems like renovations were mostly just a new coat of paint, and even with a parking pass sometimes the lot is completely full. our dresser falls apart every time we open it and we've seen multiple bugs already. but the people are all great and I'm excited to keep meeting people overall it's about what I expected
|Recommended: YesGood, but missing some stuff — I was promised my own dresser, but each room only has one to share. As far as kitchen space, the 2 fridges is clutch but I'd recommend buying a shelf because there is not enough cabinet space for 6 people. Also the mirror had some stuff on it that has not been fixed, which is weird since it's supposed to be a new apartment.
|Recommended: YesIt's liveable but it needs some work — So as a preface i have background in construction so my standards aren't over the top or uninformed. The over all apartment is fine, the quality of the detail work and finishings leaves alot to be desired. There are light switches without covers, large gaps in the tile edges in the bathrooms, there is a vent in the bathroom thats not even fully in the ceiling, there are large gaps where the hinges are for a bathroom door. I could honestly keep going. I'm not expecting perfection but you seriously need to have a word with who you hired to do the remodeling of the apartments.
The place is functional and nothing is necessarily broken.
|Recommended: YesNice — New to Glenwood. It's been good so far
|Recommended: YesNa — Na
|Recommended: YesIts alright — Half of the apartment is brand new and the other half is very worn down especially the walls
|Recommended: YesUpcoming inspection -- 8 29 2022 — overall decent
|Recommended: YesNot enough Storage — The only real complaint I have is that there isn't enough storage for 6 people's stuff
|Recommended: YesGood place to live — Apartment itself is in good condition and a nice place to live. No desk and no dresser when I moved in and it was pretty dirty in some of the apartments that we looked at on move in day.
|Recommended: YesInitial Glenwood Review — They are doing construction in the hub in the middle of the building and in an apartment close to mine, and the noise continues far too late into the night. One night they were still working at midnight while I was trying to go to sleep.
We had a relatively large list of things that we had to ask maintenance to come fix when we first moved in. They have not come yet, but we understand that there is probably a high volume of requests right now. However, it does not make sense to us why these maintenance issues which should have been obvious to anyone doing an inspection of the apartment were not addressed prior to move in.
|Recommended: YesUpdated but Small — The newly renovated apartments are nice, but still small. The rooms are disproportionate so there is a biggest, medium, and small room in each apartment. The grounds can be pretty dirty, but sometimes they're cleaned up.
|Recommended: YesVery nice — Great apartment
|Recommended: YesGlenwood Review — I really like living here. They’re really nice apartments and close to BYU campus. The only thing was a broken hook in my closet when I moved in and a broken drawer handle but other than that everything is very nice
