|Recommended: Yes🤷‍♀️ — Glenwood is short about 350 parking spots. Because of this, they won't give me a pass so I have nowhere to park.
|Recommended: NoGlenhood — Living at Glenwood is alright.

|Recommended: YesI love it I really do. — It's been great overall.
|Recommended: YesGlenwood Apartments — I've loved living at Glenwood
|Recommended: NoPoor style of living — It’s to old there’s no maintenance on the apartments
|Recommended: NoDon’t live here — I honestly feel like I got scammed moving here. They told me I would get a renovated apartment, but then didn’t…. So I feel straight up lied too. Not only that but half of the things in the apartment is broken or doesn’t work properly.
I feel ripped off that I’m paying practically the same as those living in a brand new apartment. And when I talked to the management girl she said we have no other spots, we’ll see what we can do and I haven’t heard anything since. Don’t live here
|Recommended: YesMaintenance — Maintenance hasn’t fixed our problems
|Recommended: NoNts — Nothing to say
|Recommended: NoGlenwood Review — No parking, apartments are too old, they didn't renovate every apartment, apartments are owned by monopoly, AC is too loud.
|Recommended: NoManagement is rough to work with — The apartments were nice, although we have already ran into a few issues within the first month of the newly renovated apartment. But by far the worst part and the only reason I wouldn't recommend living here is dealing with management. They put us in a hotel at the beginning because the apartment wasn't ready for us which I get, things happen , but in the lease we signed it clearly states that we are not responsible to pay rent for the days that we aren't living in the apartment, yet they still charged us for the full month even though we spent about half of it living out of a suitcase in a hotel. We talked to management, and we were told that they are figuring everything out and we will have that taken off of our rent for October instead. Well not it is October and we are still paying the full rent. So expect management to tell you the things you want to hear but not fulfill the promises they make.
If you need parking, check with them before you sign the lease. They don't have enough spots for all residents so you need to sign up for the pass ASAP.
|Recommended: YesFor me I’m between yes and no — Honestly, Glenwood has not been a bad place to live. But this year it’s been really frustrating with a few things. Especially parking. Personally I get really upset thinking about how I’m paying an extra 20 dollars just to struggle finding a parking spot, when almost always I have to park in the garage or the “overflow” parking. At that point it’s like there’s no point when I’m basically walking the same length from the stadium as I am from “Glenwood parking”. I just kind of feel cheated out of my money and I’m not ok with it. I understand you have to accommodate for a lot of people but just don’t promise things like parking when in reality you’re paying for a workout from your car to your apartment.
|Recommended: NoGlenwood is great but honestly overpriced — Living at glenwood is convenient for location but you shouldn't have high expectations for the living space. For someone like me who is barely at the apartment, it is manageable. There is no storage space for ANYTHING, especially for a 6 person apartment. There aren't even enough cupboards or drawers for each person to have one. Also, the rent is deceiving. You are told its over 350 a month, but then you have to pay 50 EXTRA dollars for utilities and a communication fee, not to mention parking fees and renters insurance. There are SO MANY better options for the amount of money I pay to live here. Also the back overflow parking lot always has all kinds of trash and broken glass etc. in the lot and I am honestly worried about parking my car there most of the time.
I will say that I have never had a problem with parking availability and that is a huge plus for me. Also the pool is very beautiful and well kept. I haven't had a problem with any of the staff and the property manager is really really nice. It's mostly just the lack of storage and HUGE rent that drive me crazy.
|Recommended: YesI love it — Overall I love it, the parking is so bad. Everything else is great as you can tell from my review.
|Recommended: NoNot to Shabby — Not to bad of a place to stay if its one of the new refurbished apartments.
|Recommended: YesIt's pretty decent — The parking permit is extremely overpriced but other than that the place is nice. The website needs a lot of bug fixes.
