|Recommended: YesPros and cons — Over all well priced. Everyone is raising there price which is irritating cause they aren’t adding any value for the tenant.
I really only have three problems
1. the amount of cabinet space. There’s cabinets that are pointless because their above the fridge and there’s enough space to just put things on top of the fridge.
2. the amount of counter space. You have the space to put a toaster and a blender that’s about it.
3. parking…. Like everywhere else there is no parking which ends up costing you a ton in parking tickets…. Yet somehow on the weekends they can give parking passes to visitors Make that make sense…
A simple upgrade would an outlet for the center kitchen Island to make it more functional when it comes to using things like rice cookers or blenders that need to be put away after it’s use.
Fridge space is workable for 6 people and it’s a pretty good APT. Overall.
As always roommates can be rough cause it’s hard to get them to clean their stuff but that’s college students… mommy still wipes their bum when they leave the house so when they get here, you get to do that.
Staff are nice though so that’s a plus.
|Recommended: YesGLENWOOD IS SO AWESOME — I have LOVED living here at Glenwood, the only reason I'm moving out is because I'm getting married the management is so friendly and easy to work with 10 10 would recommend living here. Also the newly renovated apartments are SOOO nice

The sound of the car is a little noisy but comfortable to live.

|Recommended: NoHorrible and Dishonest — It is way too difficult to contact the property manager. I wanted to get out of here because they are doing renovations leaving me with only one bathroom for a month. They will not let me leave or contact any property manager to talk about it. It was not in the contract that they would be doing renovations. They also charged me for renter’s insurance even though I didn’t have any. They charged me all at once for the four months I have lived here. They are willing to be dishonest, unreasonable and cruel to trick college students out of their money. Do NOT live here.
Also, I have been waiting for a parking pass for the last four months. I am a UVU student, so my only choice is to park a mile away. I have to make that walk to and from my car every day.
|Recommended: YesAdministration — I feel like the administration could be more present, specially when there is people that are not from Glenwood and that don’t have friends in Glenwood using spaces like the hot tub for example

|Recommended: NoAverage Overpriced apartments — I wouldn’t personally recommend living here. The furniture in the “newly renovated” apartments is really old, falling apart low quality. When I asked for a replacements they told me they don’t have anything to replace the furniture. Glenwood Apartments Redstone residential only care about making another dollar off you rather than taking care of their tenants. I understand not upgrading the furniture to something nicer than what there, however refusing to replace furniture that’s torn and falling apart before we even moved in is unacceptable.
