|Recommended: YesGood place to live — Apartment itself is in good condition and a nice place to live. No desk and no dresser when I moved in and it was pretty dirty in some of the apartments that we looked at on move in day.
|Recommended: YesInitial Glenwood Review — They are doing construction in the hub in the middle of the building and in an apartment close to mine, and the noise continues far too late into the night. One night they were still working at midnight while I was trying to go to sleep.
We had a relatively large list of things that we had to ask maintenance to come fix when we first moved in. They have not come yet, but we understand that there is probably a high volume of requests right now. However, it does not make sense to us why these maintenance issues which should have been obvious to anyone doing an inspection of the apartment were not addressed prior to move in.
|Recommended: YesUpdated but Small — The newly renovated apartments are nice, but still small. The rooms are disproportionate so there is a biggest, medium, and small room in each apartment. The grounds can be pretty dirty, but sometimes they're cleaned up.

|Recommended: YesA good place to live but prepare for the hassle of moving in — I wish the automated emails and notifications weren't broken. I got the same email every single day for a whole moth welcoming me to Glenwood. I also called and made sure that I was gonna be in an apartment with the people I requested and was told that they didn't see a request but that they would move me. I was told the problem was resolved and that I was in a room with my friends. Move in day came and I wasn't in with them. They moved me again and I ended up being where I wanted to be but the process to get here was absurd. It is newly renovated but they obviously cut as many corners as they could.
